INDIAN CHICKEN NUGGETS

 Indian chicken nuggets

Ingrediants :

1. Minced chicken fillets ( 4 to 6 pieces ) 

2. Curry leaves ( as much as you want ) 

3. Tumeric powder ( 2 to 3 pinch )

4. Chili powder ( 2 to 3 pinch ) 

5. Salt ( 2 to 3 pinch )

6. Saseame oil ( 1 tablespoon ) 

7. 1 Small onion ( chopped )

8. 3 Garlics ( chopped )

9 . 1 Green chili ( chopped )


Steps : 

1. Bland the curry leaves , chopped onions , chopped garlics and chopped green chilis .

2. Mix the blanded ingrediants with the minced chicken fillets . 

3. Marinate the minced chicken with 2 pinch of tumeric powder , 2 pinch of chili powder and 2 pinch        of  salt . 

4. Add 1 tablespoon of seseame oil .

5. Mix the marinated chicken well .

6. Let to marinate in the refririgator for 20 to 30 minutes. 

7. After 20 to 30 minutes , heat the pan with cooking oil.

8. Make the marinated chicken into smal nuggets .

9. Let the nuggets to fry for 5 to 7 miutues then turn it . 

10. Fry the nuggets til its well cooked . 

11. Serve it in a bowl or a plate .

12 . The delicious Indian chicken nuggets are ready to be served .
